Ring Sizing


Most of our rings are made in a standard size 6.5 or 7, unless specified. Some designs can be sized with no problem, others might need to be made to order in the specific size. If you have any questions about sizing options, please email us at




Please keep in mind since most of our items are handmade, all orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers prior to checkout or completion of your online sale. 

We ship Monday-Friday through USPS with insurance. All orders over $150 will be eligible for Free Priority Mail shipping. This service takes 3-5 business days.

You may select 2-day UPS shipping option or In-Store pick up if you need your item sooner.




We understand that sometimes things just don’t work as expected. Jewelry items may be returned within 14 days of purchase; they MUST be in unused, unaltered, undamaged condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. We do not accept exchanges or returns on jewelry cleaner. 

All purchases MUST be returned in their original EDJD packaging, prepaid and insured with signature confirmation, to:

Please notify us in advance via text at 713-802-1977 or email at before returning an item purchased online. 

Once the returned item has been inspected and we determine the item has no alterations, wear, and/or damage, we will initiate a refund based on the order's original payment method. 

Shipping charges will not be included in the refund. 

Returns will be processed within one business day of receipt; an email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been initiated. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. 



All custom orders and repairs are final. No refunds or exchanges.
