Do you repair jewelry that isn’t from your store?
The short answer is yes, we do!
The long answer is that we caution you to check with the original designer/company to make sure having another jeweler repair your jewelry does not void any warranties you have. If that’s not a problem, we are more than happy to repair your jewelry, new or old!

What kind of jewelry do you repair?
Rings, necklaces, earrings, pins, all kinds! We work primarily with precious metals (silver, gold, and platinum) but in some rare cases we can work with other metals. You can text or email a description of the piece and we can get back to you with more information.
Sizing rings, soldering broken chains, and replacing missing stones are just a small selection of what we can do!
What’s your turnaround time?
This depends entirely on the piece and our workload at the time. Our average turnaround time for repairs is 1.5-2 weeks*, but in some cases this may be longer. If your piece is eligible, we also offer a rush fee to place your piece further up in the queue. For more information, email or text us.
Our custom orders take 3-4 weeks*, depending on the intricacy of the pieces. If there is a mold of the piece already made, we can sometimes decrease this timeline.
*This timeline is increased during holiday seasons to 2.5-3 weeks for repairs and 4-5 weeks for custom orders.
Do you replace watch batteries?
Yes! We work with most watch brands to replace batteries and remove watch links.
For more intensive repairs and maintenance, we work closely with a local watchmaker to ensure you get the right parts for your watch.
